Return & Refund Policy – 3BA Allamanda Enterprise Limited (3BAELS)

At 3BAELS, we take pride in producing safe, high-quality, natural food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items, our return policy follows strict food safety and hygiene standards.


1. Food Safety & Hygiene Policy

For the protection of all customers, food items cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a verified issue with the product quality or safety.

This is in accordance with standard food safety practices, which prohibit the resale or redistribution of opened consumable goods.


2. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

We will provide an exchange or refund where required by applicable consumer laws, in the following cases:

  • The product is spoilt or unfit for consumption upon opening
  • A foreign object or contamination is found in the product
  • The item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery

3. Conditions for Claims

To ensure compliance and proper handling:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be submitted
  • The product must be retained for inspection if requested

4. Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds where:

  • Products have been opened and are not defective
  • Products were improperly stored after delivery
  • The issue is based on taste preference or personal expectation
  • The product has passed its recommended use period after delivery

5. Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement product, or
  • Provide a refund or store credit, where applicable under consumer protection guidelines

6. Shipping & Handling

  • If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, return or replacement costs will be covered by 3BAELS
  • If not, customers may be responsible for associated costs

7. Processing Time

Approved claims will be resolved within 3–7 business days after review or receipt of returned goods (if required).
